P200 multifunctional grease is formulated by converting the Newtonian body of high-alkalinity calcium sulfonate into a non-Newtonian body using a special conversion agent, thickening high-viscosity refined mineral oil, and adding high-performance composite additives. It is suitable for lubrication applications with high loads and moderate temperature ranges, and is widely used in metallurgy, automotive, paper-making, mining, plastics, and textile industries for lubricating bearings, gears, chains, and other equipment under moderate temperature, water-containing, and heavy-load industrial and mining conditions. The recommended filling amount is 1/2 to 2/3 of the mechanical grease filling space; completely filling it may affect the heat dissipation effect. Note: Ensure the mechanical seal is intact and reliable. It is suitable for operating temperatures not exceeding -20 to +160℃.
