Compared to other lubricating greases, CPU PF300 synthetic food-grade lubricating grease exhibits improved performance indicators such as extreme pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, crack resistance, water resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. Extreme pressure testing has shown that it can withstand pressures more than three times higher than ordinary lithium-based lubricating grease and reduce wear by 30%. Water resistance testing has demonstrated that its waterproof performance is 8-10 times higher than that of ordinary lithium-based lubricating grease.

Scope of application

It is recommended for lubricating components such as bearings, chains, and linear guides in equipment used in the food processing industry, including meat products, beverages, dairy products, and grain and oil products. Applications include emulsifiers, mixers, kneading machines, homogenizers, and filling machines. This product can be used in a temperature range of -20 to 180°C or in humid environments.
